Orders & Pricing
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies by product, but we specialize in small batches. Most items start from as few as 10 pieces. Some products like branded pens and lanyards have even lower minimums. Ask us about specific products for exact MOQs.
How much does custom merchandise cost?
Pricing depends on the product, quantity, and customization complexity. Generally, the more you order, the lower the unit price. Please request a quote and we will provide detailed pricing within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and wire transfers for larger orders. Payment terms may be available for established corporate accounts — please inquire when placing your order.
Design & Artwork
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, CDR) for the best print quality. High-resolution PNG and JPG files (300 DPI or above) also work well. Not sure about your file? Send it to us and we will check it for free.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes! We can match Pantone (PMS) color codes or your specific brand colors. Our production team uses color matching to ensure consistency across all your items. Request a physical color sample for critical color matches.
Can you help with design if I don't have a logo?
Absolutely. Our design team can assist with logo placement, layout adjustments, and artwork preparation. For full design services including logo creation, please contact us to discuss your needs and budget.
Production & Shipping
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes! We offer samples for most products. Sample pricing and turnaround times vary, so please contact us and we will arrange a sample for you.
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 7-15 business days depending on the product and quantity. Rush orders may be available with express service — please let us know your deadline when requesting a quote and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide to 30+ countries. We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be provided with your quote. We handle customs documentation for international orders.
What if I am not happy with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment with photos of the issue, and we will make it right — whether through reprint, replacement, or refund.
