Refund Policy

At RuntoLogo, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom merchandise order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss resolution options.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at davidzhu@runtologo.com.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After production has begun, cancellations may incur a fee.
